The User acknowledges that use of the Website is governed by the general terms and conditions of the contract in force from time to time at the time of the last access. These conditions are available in Italian and English. In the event of a conflict between the two versions, the Italian language version shall prevail.
Before proceeding with any operation through the Website, the User is required to read the general terms and conditions of contract and to print a copy and store a copy on a durable medium to allow the User to retain the information addressed to him/her personally in order to access this for an adequate period of time in the future for the relevant purposes and enable the identical reproduction of the stored information.
The terms and phrases listed below have the meanings indicated below, it being understood that terms defined in the singular are also understood to be defined in the plural and vice versa.
User: means any natural person aged 18 or over who uses the Website for purposes not connected with any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity they may be involved in.
Parties: means jointly the Construction Company and the Users.
Restricted Area : means that part of the Website granted for the exclusive use of Users, through which the latter can access specific functions after logging in.

The User is therefore required to personally verify the accuracy of the information contained on the Website before taking any action.
Users register by entering their details (name, surname, email address, and telephone number) and are required to provide personal contact information that belongs solely to themselves and are not shared with third parties.
The Website provides the User with the option to reserve an apartment for 24 hours during which time it will not be visible or available on the Website (hereinafter, “ Reservation ”). If a purchase offer is not finalised within 24 hours, the reserved apartment will once again be visible and available on the Website. Users will only be able to reserve one apartment on one single occasion. For the purposes of the Reservation, you will be asked to enter your credit card number and a verification will be performed to ensure that the sum indicated on the Website is available on the card. Only then will Users be able to reserve an apartment. Following the Reservation, the indicated amount will be blocked on the credit card and, consequently, will not form part of the available balance for 24 hours. Upon the expiry of the 24-hour Reservation period, the blocked amount will be released in accordance with the processing times of the User's bank, regardless of whether the purchase proposal is finalised. There will be no charge regardless of whether the purchase proposal is finalised.
The User will be responsible for all activities and operations carried out with the activated Account and will immediately notify the Construction Company, via email, of any unauthorised use of his/her account and access to the Restricted Area.
The Website, considered in its entirety, as well as all material contained therein, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The contents published or otherwise present on the Website – including, by way of example and not limited to, the trademarks, logos, images, press releases and documents in general produced therein, as well as the application software and codes used for the implementation of the Website – are the exclusive property of the Construction Company, or used with the prior authorisation or license of the relevant owner.
The Construction Company reserves all rights over these contents, including the right to reproduce these: the User may use said contents only when strictly necessary for the correct use of the Website. All other uses are prohibited. Copying and reproducing any text on the Website and/or on other websites managed by the Construction Company is not permitted.
The security of data transmitted via Internet protocols cannot be guaranteed with absolute certainty. It is possible that third parties may be able to intercept transmissions or private communications transmitted on the Website without the permission or knowledge of the Construction Company, which undertakes to adopt adequate security measures, without, however, warranting the security of any information transmitted or the security of access to the Website itself.
